Data Validation Rules for Asset IDs

This section will explain to the user the Data Validation Rules for entering new Asset IDs

    1.  Capital alpha letters only (A-Z)

    2.  Numeric numbers only (0-9)

    3.  No spaces

    4.  Special Characters while not recommended are allowed- 

•   Allowed characters are

  • Percent Sign %

  • Dash -

  • Colon :

  • Forward Slash /

  • Dollar Sign $

  • Asterisk *

  • Period .

  • Plus Sign +
