Adding Chemicals to a Sanitation Job

  1. With the selected Sanitation Job or Request selected and displayed scroll down to the Planning Bar 

  2. Click to open a dropdown menu and click Chemicals & Supplies

  3. Click on Add Chemical & Supplies if none other are listed; if there are, click plus 

  4. Type in Chemical Instructions for using the chemical properly 

  5. Type in a Dilution formula or quantities descriptions 

  6. Enter a Quantity of the chemical

  7. Click Add

  8. Repeat this procedure until all chemicals have been entered.


To edit or delete chemicals:


1. Click the green pencil to edit; click the red trashcan to delete
