How to Customize Reports

You can edit what you would like your reports to show through the report settings and filters.


This article describes how to customize your reports to show only the information you would like to have.


Configuration

You can add Additional columns or Change the location of columns by selecting the Configuration Icon at the top right.



Configuring Columns


You can also edit which columns are displayed in your report - this will allow you to customize what kinds of information about your assets, work orders, etc that you wish to display. Select the Configuration, or wheel, icon to do so - your screen will look like this:



You can use the left menu with the checkboxes to select which columns you would like to have on the report. You can use the right menu to then order these columns. To order them, select a column and then select Move Up (to the left) or Move Down (to the right). Repeat until you are satisfied with the order and remember to select Save when finished


Filtering

You can filter what assets, work orders, etc show up in your report by using the Funnel Icon at the top right. 



For example, when creating a report about your assets, you can choose to only display the ones from a certain category, in a certain location, etc.
