Creating a Report

This article describes how to create a copy of a report. You can create a copy of a base report and save optional columns, column placement and filters for your specific report.

Creating a Copy of a Report

1. From the left sidebar select Reports.
2. Use the left menu to select the category you would like to add a report into.
3. Select and run the report you would like to copy.
4. At the top right, select + Add Report.
5. Fill out the new copy report's name. You may also add a description and select who can run the report.

Note: Only the base report will be used to create your custom report. See below how to modify your new report

Enterprise Customers will have three options:

1. Private only the user who creates the report can run the Report
2. Site all users on the Site can run the Report
3. Pubic all users on All Sites can run the Report

Non Enterprise Customers will have two options:

1. Private only the user who creates the report can run the Report
2. Site all users on the Site can run the Report

Modify your new report to customize it for your requirements

1. From the reports list select and run the New Report you have just created
2. Once you have run the report you can now add any additional columns or Filters or change column placement to further customize your report.
3. Once you have the report configured Click Save and the next time you run your Custom Report it will display the column placement, additional optional columns and any Filters you have added.
4. You can add your custom reports or any other reports to the Favorites List Click on the Star next to the Report name and the Star will turn gold and the report will be added to the Favorites List. To remove a report from your Favorites List Click on the Star to remove the Gold badge and the report will no longer display in your Favorites List.
