Adding Tasks

Adding a task to Work Order or a Preventive Maintenance Master Job is the same.

Perform the following steps to add a tasks to either:


  1. Click Tasks to open the accordion 

  2. Click  if there is no other task listed 

If there are other tasks listed, click the blue plus button on the right side 

  1. Enter the Description of the task to be done 

  1. Select a Charge Type from the Charge Type dropdown list

  2. Click the Magnifying Glass to select the Charge To

  3. Click Save to add the new task

 

NOTE : Fields with a red asterisk indicate that it is necessary to fill out that field; in this case, the only required field is Description


HOW TO EDIT TASKS:

  1. Click the green pencil 

  2. Make the necessary changes to the Tasks fields

  3. Click Save

 

HOW TO DELETE TASKS :
  1. Click the red trash can 

  2. Click OK to confirm deleting the task
