From the SOMAX Login Page (app.somax.com) :
1. Click Forgot Password twice
2. Enter your User ID
3. Click Request
The user will be emailed a link to change their password and then the following steps can be performed :
1. Open the email
2. Copy the Temporary Password
3. Click on the provided URL in the email message
4. Paste in the Temporary Password
5. Enter your Security Response
6. Enter a New Password
7. Confirm the New Password
8. Click Reset Password
NOTE : The following text should then be displayed: Password is Reset
