From the SOMAX login, app.somax.com:
To review the password you entered, click on the eye icon to display your password.
If the Password you entered is not correct please see below:
- Select Forgot Password.
- Select I forgot my password.
- Enter your User ID.
- Select Request.
- Check your email for the change password link and open it.
- Click on the URL sent in the email
- Enter the temporary password supplied to you.
- Enter a New Password
- Confirm the New Password
- Enter your Security Response
- Select Reset Password.
You may also have a SOMAX Administrator send you a link to reset your password or reset your password for you if you do not have an email account. See Setting Up User Management & Passwords for more help.
