Generate Sanitation Jobs Using MSS

NOTE: In order to generate sanitation jobs, you must first have a master schedule. See Creating a Master Sanitation Schedule

Once you have at least one sanitation master schedule, you can start generating jobs by following these steps: 

1. Click Action | Generate Job 

2. Select On Demand or Calendar, make sure it matches the type that your master schedule is based on 

NOTE: if you picked on demand, you must select an on demand group from the drop down menu

NOTE: If you picked calendar, SOMAX only generates jobs with the calendar type that are scheduled for the next 7 days; if your master schedule states that the next job due is in more than 7 days, then SOMAX will not generate jobs for that schedule until it falls in the 7 day period 

3. If you would like to print the jobs, click print

4. Click save
