Technical Specifications

Tech Specs is a separate Lookup List that is designated for the tech spec tab on assets under the additional information accordion

Adding a Tech Spec:

1. Click Configuration | Lookup Lists 

2. Click Technical Specs from the dropdown list 

3. Click Add New or plus to add a new value to the Lookup List

4. Enter the Specification

5. Enter the Description

6. Click Save to save your new Technical Specification

Editing a Tech Spec:

1. Click green pencil to edit an existing value in the Lookup List

2. Enter your changes to Specification and/or Description

3. Click save to save your changes

Deleting a Tech Spec:

    1.  Click red trash

    2.  Click OK to verify deleting the Technical Specification

         The Technical Specification will be deleted from the list

Inactivating a Tech Spec :

Inactivating a Technical Specification will remove it from the dropdown list but retain the information on the list if you want to reactivate the value at a later date.

    1.  Click green pencil 

    2.  Check Inactive

    3.  Click save
