As external vendors do not have access to your internal records within SOMAX's system, it is often helpful to print your work orders for them to complete. This article describes how to print a work order.
Of course, in doing so, you must have an existing and scheduled work order and an asset. For more help with either, see:

Printing Work Orders in Bulk
- From the left sidebar, select Maintenance, then Work Order, then Search
- Select the checkbox in the leftmost column of the work order you would like to print and then select the printer icon at the top.
- A new tab should appear with your work order document. Adjust the settings if desired, and then select Print once again.
Printing Work Orders Individually
- From the left sidebar, select Maintenance, then Work Order, then Search.
- Select the Work Order ID of the order you'd like to print.
- Select Action and then Print. This will open a new window with your document.
- Select the Printer icon at the top and follow the printing instructions on your computer to finish printing.
