How do I "open" a completed Work Order?

In order to open a completed Work Order, you must first get to the Work Order Detail Page. The steps are listed below.
  1. Click Maintenance | Work Orders | Search 

  2. Make sure you are filtered by Completed Work Orders. Click the 3 lines at the top left and select completed work orders, and then set the date range you'd like the orders to fall in.

  3. Select the Work Order you’d like to reopen

 

Once you've reached the Work Order Detail Page, follow these steps:

    1.  Click Action 

    2.  Select Reopen

 

The Work Order status will change to "Scheduled" and the Work Order will appear on the mechanics' mobile device.
