- From the left sidebar, select Maintenance then Work Orders then Search.
- To find your work order make sure you are Viewing under Completed Work Orders. You can check by looking at the top left of the search page. To switch Views, select the 3 grey lines.
- Select the ID of the work order you'd like to reopen.
- Select Action at the top right of the work order overview, and then Reopen.
- The Work Order status will change to "scheduled" and the work order will appear on the mechanic's mobile device.
