Click Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Search
Click New Preventive Maintenance
Choose either PM Library Procedure or Describe What You Need
NOTE: If you choose Library Procedure, pick the one you need and click add. If you choose to describe what you need, continue with the following steps.
Give the new PM a Master Job ID
NOTE: This ID can be an alphanumeric combination
Select On Demand from the Schedule Type dropdown list
Enter the Description
Enter the estimated Job Duration
If you would like, you can also select a type and check whether it is active or inactive
Click Save
Adding a Schedule to an On Demand PM Job:
Click Add Schedule Records
Select a Charge Type from the Charge Type dropdown list
Select a Charge To by clicking the magnifying glass or the tree and selecting a record
Select an On Demand Group from the On Demand Group dropdown list
To assign this PM Work Order to a specific Mechanic complete the information in Work Order Defaults
Select a Personnel from the Assign To dropdown list
Select a Priority from the Priority dropdown list
Select a Work Order Type from the Type dropdown list
Click Save to update the PM Master
