Adding an On Demand PM Master Job

  1. Click Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Search 

  2. Click New Preventive Maintenance 

  3. Choose either PM Library Procedure or Describe What You Need

NOTE: If you choose Library Procedure, pick the one you need and click add. If you choose to describe what you need, continue with the following steps.


  1. Give the new PM a Master Job ID

NOTE: This ID can be an alphanumeric combination
  1. Select On Demand from the Schedule Type dropdown list 

  2. Enter the Description 

  3. Enter the estimated Job Duration

  1. If you would like, you can also select a type and check whether it is active or inactive

  2. Click Save 

 

Adding a Schedule to an On Demand PM Job:
  1. Click Add Schedule Records 

  2. Select a Charge Type from the Charge Type dropdown list 

  3. Select a Charge To by clicking the magnifying glass or the tree and selecting a record

  4. Select an On Demand Group from the On Demand Group dropdown list

  1. To assign this PM Work Order to a specific Mechanic complete the information in Work Order Defaults 

  2. Select a Personnel from the Assign To dropdown list

  3. Select a Priority from the Priority dropdown list 

  4. Select a Work Order Type from the Type dropdown list

  5. Click Save to update the PM Master
