Click Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Forecast
Choose your Schedule Type from the drop down list
Select the date you wish to forecast through with the Generate through feature
If you're forecasting On Demand PM's choose the On Demand Group from the drop down list
Click Process
The results displayed are the number of Work Orders that would be Generated by PM Work Order Generation
