Adding Meter Based Schedule Records to a Pm Master Job

NOTE: This can only be done to meter based PM Jobs

1. Click Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Search 

2. Select the PM Master Job ID from the Search Grid

3. Click Add Schedule Record 

4. Select a Charge Type from the Charge Type dropdown list

5. Select a Charge To by clicking the magnifying glass or the tree and selecting a record 

6. Select a Meter from the Meter dropdown list

7. Enter a Last Due meter reading

   NOTE: This should be the last time the PM was performed

8. Enter the Perform Every interval

   NOTE: This should be how often the PM should be performed

9. Select a Mechanic from the Assigned To dropdown list

10. Select a Priority from the Priority dropdown list

11. Select a Work Order type from the Type dropdown list

12. Select a Shift from the Shift dropdown list

13. Click Save to update the PM Master with the new Meter Based Schedule Record
