On Demand PM Generation

1. Click Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Search 

2. Click Action | Generate Work Orders 

3. Select On Demand under the Schedule Type dropdown list 

4. Select the date you wish to populate PM's through with the Generate Through feature

   NOTE: The date must be at least one day in the future

5. Select the On Demand Group that you wish to to generate work orders through

   NOTE: If you would like to print these, click print generated work orders

  6. Click Create Work Orders

NOTE: When the system has finished generating PMs, it will alert you to how many it generated
