Resetting a Meter

  1. Click Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | Meter 

  2. Use the Meter Search and Click the Meter ID 

  3. Click Action | Reset   

  1. Enter the value that you wish to reset the reading to 

  2. Use the Reading Date feature and select the reset reading date

  3. Click Reset

  4. The meter will be reset to the value that was entered and will continue building the lifetime reading as new readings are recorded.
