Customizing Work Order with Labor Costs Report

1.  Click Reports 

2.  Click Work Order Reports on the left side 

3.  Click on Labor by Personnel

NOTE: It will ask you to set a date range you'd like to have the work orders fall under

4.  Click Settings 

5.  Check Rate and Value 

6.  Click Save

 

The report is categorized by personnel, so you can see how much you spent per person. It also includes the date, the work order ID, a brief work order description, the number of hours worked on, and the total cost of each person as well as the total cost overall. However, if you would like to customize the report further, click the settings symbol, check the boxes of the columns you'd like to add, and click save.
