SOMAX organizes your reports by the type of report, but also by recently accessed and favorites. It also gives you the ability to create a report based on an already existing one that you can make public with other users in SOMAX.
Recently Accessed are the five most recent reports that you accessed. It is at the very top.
Favorites are any reports that you star. You can star a report by clicking on the star next to the labeled report; once it turns gold, it’s a favorite. You can access your favorites by clicking favorites on the left side.
You can make a report public by clicking on the report, clicking Add Report, giving it a name, and selecting one of three visibility options. Click Save when you’re done to save your changes. Unfortunately, there isn’t a folder for the reports you’ve created, but they do fall under the appropriate category at the bottom.
