Multi Site Users - Adding a User to Multiple Sites

For Enterprise Clients that have Multiple Sites some users may need access to more than one Site.

1. Select Configuration from the Side Menu.

2. This will then display the Configuration App.

3. Select User Management from the Side Menu.

4. Click on the desired User to select that User

5. Click on Sites on the Menu

6. Click on the + Plus to Add an additional Site

7. From the Dropdown select the additional Site for the User

8.Select the Craft for the User

9. If the User is a Buyer Click on the Buyer Checkbox

10. Click the Save Button

11. If you get the below Message there are not enough user licenses on the site you are trying to add the user to. You can either Inactive users you no longer need or contact SOMAX to purchase additional licenses.
