Work Order Completion Wizard setup

If you wish to use the Work Order Completion Wizard the following explains how to set up the various components of the Work Order Completion Wizard


To Access the Work Order Completion Wizard Select Configuration from the Main Menu | Then (1) Company from the Configuration Menu | Then (2) WO Completion Wizard Settings



The Vectors for the Completion Wizard are explained below.

Click the Checkbox for each Vector you wish to use


3. Use WO Completion Wizard | If you wish to use the Work Order Completion Wizard

4. WO Comment Tab | Displays a Work Order Comment Box when completing a Work Order

5. Time Card Tab | Allows the User to Add a Time Card Record when completing a Work Order 

                Note: This needs to be checked if you are not using number 6 and wish to record labor hours

6. Auto Add Timecard | Auto Adds a Time Card Record for the User completing the Work Order. 

            Hours entered in the Actual Duration will be used to create a Time Card Record for the User.

7. Completion Criteria Tab | When this vector is checked the Criteria Setup will be enabled

8. Click Criteria Setup

A. Enter the Criteria that you want displayed when a User completes a Work Order

Note:The User will have to confirm that they have met the Criteria before being allowed to finish the completion

C. Click Save to Save the Criteria entered

9. Click Save to Save your settings
