This report provides a list of all of your inactive users and can be found under the Configuration category from the left menu. For more information on User Types see Setting Up a User.
Below is a sample of what the report may look like:
The chart below also provides descriptions of the different columns:
| Fields | Description |
| User Name | The individual's username in the system. |
| First & Last Name | The individual's actual name. |
| Security Profile | The individual's security profile, or what they have access to. See Setting Up Security Profiles for more help. |
