This report gives a complete list of all of your assets and can be found under the Asset Report category in the left menu.

You may customize your report by choosing which columns are shown and where by selecting the settings icon (gear shaped) in the top right. A quick tutorial is shown; for more help see Customizing Reports:
Finally, below is a chart displaying all of the possible columns and their descriptions:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Asset ID | Your organization's ID for the asset. See Data Validation Rules for Asset IDs for help as to what characters are allowed. |
Name | Your organization's name for the asset. See Asset Planning & Naming for more help. |
Category | There are three categories for Assets: Equipment, Location or Vehicle. |
Make | Manufacturer of the asset. |
Model | Asset's official model name or number. |
Serial No. | Asset's serial no. |
Catalog No. | Asset's catalog no. |
Account | Account this asset is linked to. |
Location | Where your asset is. |
Type | Another way to organize your assets. Possible options can be created in the asset Lookup Lists. |
Inactive | If your asset is still being used by your organization. |
Warranty Vendor, Description, and Expiration Date | Information about your warranty. |
Asset No. | Any number associated with your asset different than its ID often used by accounting to group Assets. |
Department, Line, and Area (or your own Asset Groups 1, 2, and 3) | The asset groups that you have created. For example, your asset groups may be department, line, and system. For more help with asset groups, see Setting up Site Details. |
Critical | Denotes if the Asset is Critical |
Created By & Date | When your asset was added. |
Parent ID | Information regarding your asset's parent, if applicable. See Asset Family Trees for more help. |
