This report shows all downtimes, organized by asset, for the time range selected and can be found under the Asset Report category in the left menu.
First, select the date range you would like to generate the downtime report through.
Below is a sample report:
You may customize your report by choosing which columns are shown and where by selecting the Configuration Icon in the top right. A quick tutorial is shown; for more help see Customizing Reports:
Finally, below is a chart providing descriptions of the possible columns:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Name | Asset name. |
Equipment Type | Another way to organize your assets. Possible options can be created in the asset Lookup Lists. |
Critical | Whether the asset is critical to your organization. |
Department, Line, and Area (or your own Asset Groups 1, 2, and 3) | The asset groups that you have created will appear on the asset form fields, and you may use the lookup lists to choose from them. For example, your asset groups may be department, line, and area, meaning that the lookup lists for your possible departments, line, and area will show. For more help with asset groups, see Setting up Site Details. |
Down Date | Date of down. |
Minutes Down | Number of minutes the asset was down for. |
Reason for Down | Reason for downtime from Lookup List. |
