This report provides a history of your assets' downtime and can be found under the Asset Report category in the left menu.
To start, select the date range for wish you'd like to generate the downtime report through.
Below is a sample of what the report may look like:
You may customize your report by choosing which columns are shown and where by selecting the Configuration Icon in the top right. A quick tutorial is shown; for more help see Customizing Reports:
Finally, the chart below provides descriptions of the possible columns in your report:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Asset ID & Name | Name and ID of the asset that was down. |
Equipment Type | Another way to organize your assets. Possible options can be created in the asset Lookup Lists. |
Critical | Whether this asset is critical to your organization. |
Department, Line, and Area (Asset Groups 1, 2, and 3) | The asset groups that you have created. For example, your asset groups may be department, line, and system. For more help with asset groups, see Setting up Site Details. |
Down Date | Date of downtime. |
Created By Name | Name of user that added the downtime. |
Minutes Down | Minutes of downtime. |
Failure Code & Description | Type of Failure from Lookup Lists. |
Reason for Down | Reason for downtime. |
Work Order ID & Description | Work Order Number and Description of work completed |
Work Order Type | Work Order Type from Lookup Lists. |
