Sanitation Master List Report

This report provides a list of your master sanitation jobs and their schedules and can be found under the sanitation reports category from the left menu.

Below is a sample of what your report may look like:

You may customize your report by choosing which columns are shown and where by selecting the Configuration Icon in the top right. A quick tutorial is shown; for more help see Customizing Reports:

Finally, the chart below provides descriptions of the columns:

Column	Description
Master ID	ID of the master schedule.
Description	Description of the master schedule.
Asset & Asset Name	ID and name of the asset the sanitation job is charged to.
Frequency	How often the sanitation job should occur (for calendar based schedules).
Last Scheduled	When the sanitation job was last scheduled.
Next Due	When the next sanitation job is due.
Scheduled Duration	Expected duration of the sanitation job.
Scheduled Type	The Jobs schedule's Type Days or On Demand.
Shift	Shift the job will be scheduled for.
Assigned To	Personnel the job will be assigned to.
On Demand Group	On Demand Group that the sanitation job belongs to, if an on demand based schedule.
Inactive	Whether the schedule is still in use.
