This report provides a list of sanitation jobs and can be found under the sanitation reports category from the left menu.
First, select the date range you'd like to generate the report through. Below is a sample of what your report should look like:
You may customize your report by choosing which columns are shown and where by selecting the Configuration Icon in the top right. A quick tutorial is shown; for more help see Customizing Reports:
Finally, the chart below provides descriptions of the columns:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Sanitation Job | The sanitation job ID. |
Charge To & Charge To Name | Asset ID and name that the job was charged to. |
Description | Description of the sanitation job. |
Create Date | Date the job was created. |
Scheduled Date | Date the job was scheduled. |
Required Date | Date the job must be done by. |
Completed Date | Date the job was completed. |
Down Required | When this is Checked the Asset must be Down to perform the work |
Source Type | How the job was created (approved from a request, failed earlier, from the Master Schedule, etc). |
Status | Status of the job (Approved, Completed, etc). |
Shift | Shift the job was/should be completed in. |
Completed By | Personnel that completed the job. |
Created By | User that created the job. |
Scheduled Duration | Expected duration of the job. |
Passed By & Date | Personnel that passed the job & the date it was passed on. |
Failed By & Date | Personnel that failed the job & the date is was failed on. |
Fail Reason | Reason for failure. |
Fail Comment | Comments about failure. |
