Failed Sanitation Jobs with New Job Report

This report provides a list of failed sanitation jobs and the new sanitation request generated by the failed job and can be found in the sanitation reports category from the left menu.

First, select the date range for which you'd like to generate the report through. Below is a sample of what your report may look like:

Additionally, the chart below provides descriptions of the columns:

Column	Description
Failed Job ID & Description	ID and description of the failed sanitation job.
Failed Completed By	User that completed the Failed Sanitation Job
Failed By	Personnel that failed the sanitation job.
Failed Date	Date the job was failed.
Failed Reason & Comment	Reason & comments for failure.
New Jobs - San. Job ID	New sanitation job ID resulting from the failed job.
Job Description	Description of the new sanitation job.
Charge To ID & Name	Asset ID and name the new job is charged to.
Status	Status of the new job.
Schedule Date	Date the new job is scheduled for.
Complete Date & By	Date the new job was completed and personnel that completed it.
Validation Date	Date the new job was validated.
