The user management page is where you can view the Configuration Dashboard. The Dashboard provides valuable information to you about your site at a glance.
The Dashboard
To View the Dashboard from the SOMAX Main Left Menu Select Configuration and the Configuration page will be displayed
- For Multi-site Enterprise customers you can change the site you are viewing from this dropdown
- Widget panels display the Total Seats (licenses) and Seats Available
- Widget panels display the Total Active Users and Active Work Request Users
- Graphical display of the Total Seats (licenses) and Seats Available
- Displays Activity of Work Orders and Purchase Orders created
- Graphical display of Activity of Work Orders and Purchase Orders created
