Removing Work Orders from a Formal Plan

Formal planning can be very helpful in streamlining the work order workflow. This article describes how to remove work orders from a formal plan.

Removing Work Orders from a Formal Plan

1. From the left menu, select Maintenance, then Work Orders, then Planning.
2. Select the ID of the plan you'd like to remove from. If you cannot find the plan, use the filters to broaden or refine your search.
3. The plan should open on the planning menu. Select the checkboxes next to the work orders you'd like to remove.
4. Select Remove Work Orders.
5. Select Yes to confirm.
