Filtering Between Formal Plans

This article describes how to filter between formal plans. If you cannot find your plan, it is likely because you are filtering by a different status.

Filtering Between Formal Plans

1. First, from the left menu, select Maintenance, then Work Orders, then Planning.
2. At the top left corner select the View to filter by (three grey lines)
3. Select the View to filter by status of the plan. The options include:
   • All Statuses
   • Assigned to Me
   • Open Work Order Plans
   • Locked Work Order Plans
   • Completed Work Order Plans
4. Select the one you would like to filter by.
