Assets

Integrated Inactivate and Asset Availability Functions

When an Asset is inactivated, the Asset Availability status will be automatically updated and set to Out of Service.

When an Asset is activated, the Asset Availability will be set to In Service. 

Work Orders

Add Project ID to Work Order Filter

The Project ID has been added to the Work Order Filter List on the Work Order Search page.

Hot Link Added to Work Order Notifications

The Work Order ID on any Work Order Notification is now a hot link that allows you to display the work order.

When you hover the pointer over the Work Order ID the hot link will display.  When you select the hot link, the program will take you to the selected work order.

Added Failure Code to Work Order User Interface Configuration

SOMAX has added the Failure Code column to the following Add screen User Interface Configuration:

• Add Work Request

• Add Work Order

• Work Order Describe Add

Display First and Last Name of Work Order Planner

Changed the display for the Planner column to include the First and Last Name of the planner. 

Preventive Maintenance

Clear button added to Preventive Maintenance Search

A Clear button was added to the Preventive Maintenance Search page.  This will allow you to reset and remove any searches or filters placed on the page.

Purchasing

Add Charge Type and Charge To columns to Purchasing Receipts Grid

SOMAX has added the Charge Type and Charge To columns to the Purchasing Receipts grid.  They will display below the description of the line item.

Note:  These columns will only display if they contain information.

Personnel

Add Assignment Columns 

SOMAX added columns to allow you to designate where a person is assigned in your facility.  These columns will correspond to the Asset Group columns that are configured on Site Configuration page.

Five new reports were added to this update:

• Purchase Order Costs Summary by Vendor
• Overdue Work Orders using Required Date
• Top 10 Vendor Spend by PO Cost
• Open Purchase Requests by Vendor
• Asset Stock and Non Stock Parts Usage 

Bug Fixes

Work Orders

• Unplanned Work Order - Corrected situation when creating an Unplanned work order the Work Order Schedule record was not created and no event log entry was made unless the Work Order Describe Add had a User Defined Field.
• Creating a Work Order - Corrected situation when creating a Work Order that had an Approved Status, no event log entry was made unless the WorkOrder Describe Add had a User Defined Field.
• Automatic Adding Timecard Error - Corrected situation when wrong personnel had a timecard created automatically when completing a work order from completion workbench.
• Labor Scheduling - Corrected situation where the Work Order Scheduled Duration is not copied to the Work Order Scheduling record.
• Work Order Search - Corrected situation when the filter was not returning all of the work orders that a user was assigned.  The filter was not including work orders with multiple assignments.
• Daily Labor Scheduling - Corrected situation when user selects Available Work, then selects the checkbox to Select all work orders you get a Something Went Wrong Error.

Preventive Maintenance

• Incorrect Label - Corrected situation when adding Labor in Preventive Maintenance Labor Estimates, the popup says Part instead of Labor.

Parts

• Description - Added character counter to Part Add and Edit pages to part description column.
• Part Label - Corrected situation when printing part label from Part Detail page displays 6 zeros in Min and Max.

Reports

• Asset Downtime - Added Comments
• Completed Sanitation Jobs - Added notes and comments
• Completed Sanitation Jobs by Completed Date and @Group2Name - Add notes and comments
• Labor by Personnel - Corrected situation where Copy and Paste comment not displaying on report
