Punchout Part setup for Auto Match

SOMAX Punchout is available to those clients that have the SOMAX Procurement Module. SOMAX Punchout allows you to create Purchase Request and Punchout to the Vendors Website to retrieve part prices and return the parts and prices to the SOMAX Purchase Request to create Line Items.

After getting SOMAX to enable your site for Punchout you can setup your Stock Parts so they can Auto Match when using SOMAX Punchout.

Setting up an Inventory Part for Punchout Auto Match:

1. From the Left Menu Select Inventory
2. Select Part
3. Select the Desired Part and go to the Part Detail page
   1. Select the Vendor Tab
   2. Select Add Vendor or Edit if the Vendor Exists

4. On the Part Vendor Add Page

c. Select the Desired Vendor

d.Enter the Part Manufacturer

e. Enter the Part Manufacturer ID

 f. Enter the Order Unit (this will be the same as the Part Issue Unit)

g. Click Save to Save your entry
