Occasionally a user may need to do a Hard Refresh and reload a specific page within SOMAX.
Here are the steps to perform the Hard Refresh on the Parts Checkout Page (this is just an example; hard refresh will work on any page) :
From the Part Checkout Page :
1. Press CTRL+F5
The system will begin to refresh
NOTE: the screen could go blank for a few minutes while reloading, so don't panic
After the page fully reloads, the Search Icons will "reactivate"
