When the pages are not acting as expected on your Mobile Device one of the first things to do should be to clear your Browser Cache. Any broken link, out of date temp file or cookie in a browser will be maintained in the cache unless you clear the cache.

For the Google Chrome Browser on on your Mobile Device follow the below steps
- Tap on the 3 ... at the top of the screen
- Tap Clear Browsing Data
- Tap Clear Browsing Data
- Confirm by Tapping Clear Browsing Data again
For the Safari Browser on your Mobile Device follow the below steps
- Select the
Settings Icon
- Tap Safari
- Tap Clear History and Website Data
- Tap Clear History
