Why can I not Add a Work Request or Work Order from a Mobile device

The first and easiest thing to check is to make sure you are Not Requesting the Desktop Website. 


Shown below is the Add Work Request or Add Unplanned Work Order after Tapping the + Button


If you are finding that your Mobile device is not using the full Mobile functionality of our web site please review the following.


For the Google Chrome browser; Please follow the below screenshot. The screenshot is showing the correct configuration 


Tap on the 3 ... at the top of the screen

  • If the Request Mobile Site is displayed, Tap on it to change it to Request Desktop Site. When the Request Desktop Site is displayed it means that you are currently displaying the Mobile Site.


For Safari Please follow the below screenshot. The screenshot is showing the correct configuration.

  • Select the  Settings Icon
  • Select Safari
  • Select Request Desktop Website, Tap the Arrow
  • Turn off the All Websites Setting
