Adding a Work Request or Unplanned Work Order on a Mobile Device

You can now utilize the SOMAX Web Application for mobile devices using our new mobile friendly pages! The SOMAX web application will automatically adapt to the device's screen size to fill the screen appropriately.

This article describes how to add a work request or unplanned work order on a mobile device.

Adding a Work Request or Unplanned Work Order

1.  Log into our web application on your mobile device using app.somax.com
2. From the Maintenance Technician's Dashboard, select the + icon. If you do not see this icon, see Why Can I Not Add a Work Request/Order from a Mobile Device?
3. Select Add Work Request or Add Unplanned Work Order. If you selected Add Unplanned Work Order, then select Describe What You Need.
4. Fill out the form fields.

Adding a Default Photo

1. From the bottom menus on the work order overview page, select Photos.
   
2. Select the 3 dots ... below the right edge of the photo.
3. Select Select As Profile Photo.
