Why Can I Not Add a Work Request/Order from a Mobile Device?

Below is what your screen should look like when attempting to add a work request or order:




If it does not look like this, then you are on the incorrect configuration and are likely requesting to be on the desktop website on a mobile device.


To fix this for google chrome users:

  1. Tap on the 3 ... at the top right of the screen
  2. If you have the option to "Request Desktop Site" it means you are currently viewing the Mobile Website and are on the correct configuration. If you have the option to "Request Mobile Site," it means you are on Desktop Site, so select Request Mobile Site.


Below is what your screen should like when on the correct configuration:






For Safari Users:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. From the settings left menu, select Safari.
  3. Select Request Desktop Site.
  4. Turn the toggle switch for "All Websites" Off.
