One of the best troubleshooting steps for when your websites are not acting properly is to clear your browser cache. Any broken link, out of date temporary file, or cookie in a browser will be cleared.

Clearing Browser Cache on Google Chrome
- Tap the 3 dots ... at the top right of the screen.
- Select Clear Browsing Data twice.
- Confirm by selecting Clear Browsing Data again.
Clearing Browser Cache on Safari
- Open the settings application.
- Select Safari from the left menu.
- Select Clear History and Website Data.
- Select Clear History.
