Accessing SOMAX using a Mobile Device such as a table or phone.
The SOMAX Web Application is Mobile Friendly and it is not necessary to download a Mobile Application to access SOMAX on your Mobile Devices. The SOMAX Web Application knows what device is being used and adapts to the screen size.
1. Log in to the SOMAX Web Application by accessing app.somax.com from your web browser
2. If you have the Maintenance Staff security profile you will automatically see the Maintenance Technician Dashboard
3. If you have a different security profile you can change your Dashboard to view the Maintenance Technician Dashboard by selecting it from the Dashboard dropdown.
