The first and easiest thing to check is to make sure you are Not Requesting the Desktop Website
If your Work Request Add Screen looks like the below screenshot you most likely are requesting the Desktop Website.
For Google Chrome Please follow the below screenshot. The screenshot is showing the correct configuration.
- Tap on the 3 ... at the top of the screen
- If the Request Mobile Site is displayed, Tap on it to change it to Request Desktop Site. When the Request Desktop Site is displayed it means that you are currently displaying the Mobile Site.
- If the Request Mobile Site is displayed, Tap on it to change it to Request Desktop Site. When the Request Desktop Site is displayed it means that you are currently displaying the Mobile Site.
- For Safari Please follow the below screenshot. The screenshot is showing the correct configuration.
- Select the
Settings Icon - Select Safari
- Select Request Desktop Website, Tap the Arrow
- Turn off the All Websites Setting
