Ideally, on a completed work order, all tasks should be completed. However, whether the work order (or the tasks) are completed or not, you can still view the statuses of the tasks.
Click Maintenance | Work Orders | Search
Click on the Work Order you’d like to view
NOTE: If you have a lot of work orders, it might be easier to filter by completed work orders. In order to do so, click the three gray lines right above the Search button, and click Completed Work Orders
Click Tasks
Listed there should be all the tasks added onto the work order. It will list information such as the task order, the description, the status of it, what asset it’s charged to, and features that allow you to add, edit, or delete tasks.
