When I try to log into the SOMAX Mobile App, it is asking for a product key. Where do I get that?

A product key is not required for SOMAX, but you may get this message when you first open the mobile app after installing from the Google Play Store. 

To correct this issue, follow these steps:


    1.  Hold the SOMAX Icon with your finger to bring up the app menu

    2.  Select App Info

    3.  Tap Force Stop

    4.  Exit the Application Info screen

 

You should now be able to log into the SOMAX Mobile App without receiving the error message.
