Changing a User Security Profile

1. Select Configuration from the Side Menu. 

     2. If you are changing a Full user to a different Security Profile, then you can proceed to step 4.

• If you are changing a Work Request user to a full user:

    3. From the Configuration Menu Dashboard page determine if you have any available seats. 

       If you have available seats you can proceed.

   If not you will either need to purchase additional seats, inactivate users or set full users to

       Work Request users.

    4. From the Side Menu Select User Management, then select the desired user.

      5. Select the Action Menu

      6. Select Change User Access

      7. Select the Find Icon

      8. Select the desired Security Profile

      9. Click Save
