Security Profile Descriptions

The below Security Profile descriptions are meant to be an overview of what a User assigned to that Security Profile will have access to. It is not meant to be an exhaustive list of all of the rights and privileges that a Security Profile may have. All of the below listed Security Profiles have access to the SOMAX Reports Module.

Custom Security profiles which are available to Enterprise Level customers are not covered here.

Enterprise	Site Administrator	Administer the configuration for user’s site in the Enterprise
Enterprise	Enterprise Administrator	Administer the configuration all sites in the Enterprise
Enterprise	Enterprise	View Only Access to metrics and reports for the Enterprise
Basic, Professional, Enterprise	Maintenance Manager	Add and Edit assets, preventive maintenance, work orders, work requests, Schedule work orders, Approve work request, create and Approve purchase requests
Basic, Professional, Enterprise	Maintenance Staff	View assets, preventive maintenance, add work requests, add or complete work orders
Basic, Professional, Enterprise	Work Request	Create and view Work Requests only
Professional, Enterprise	Purchasing Manager	Add & Edit, Vendors, Parts, Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders and Process purchase orders, Add Work Request, View Work Orders
