SOMAX allows a file size of 10MB for photos. We recommend that photos be uploaded in a jpg / jpeg or png format.
Below is an example of how to upload photos to an Asset
From the Asset Detail Page
1. Select Photos from the Left Menu
2. Select Add Photos
3. Navigate to your photos and select the photo you want to load
4. Select the Photo that you would like to see as the Profile photo
5. Set the Photo as Profile Photo
6. The photo is now displayed as the Profile photo
