Paying an Invoice : Invoice Matching

This article describes how to mark your invoice as paid. Your invoice must first be authorized to be paid.

Paying an Invoice

  1.  From the left sidebar, select Procurement and then Invoice Matching.
  2. Make sure you are viewing Authorized to Pay Invoices by checking the top left. If not, select the three grey lines and select Authorized to Pay. Select the date range by which it was authorized.
  3. Select the ID of the invoice you would like to pay.
  4. Select Action at the top right and then select Paid.
