This article describes how to edit notification settings.


Editing Notification Settings

  1. From the left sidebar, select Configuration. This opens your settings.
  2. From the left sidebar, select Notifications.
    1. Select If you are an Enterprise Customer you will be presented with a Site dropdown selection
    2. Select the site whose notifications you would like to edit.
  3. Select the notification/alert type you would like to edit. The Page will now display the Options Active and Send Email. If a Target List also appears see below.
  4. Active means that the website and in-app notification or bell icon should ring with a red dot to signify the new alert. Email means that if the user has a valid email in their User Profile they will receive an email notification as well.
  5. Select Save to confirm your preferences.


Target List entry: The Work Request Approval Needed Notification


The Work Request Approval Needed notification will also prompt you to create a target list. The target list is the list of users who will be notified if there is a work request so that they can approve it. You should only add users who have approval access to this list.
