Asset Cost Summary

This report provides a Summary on the total costs of your assets, including work orders, labor, and other costs for that asset for the selected Date Range, and can be found under the Asset Report category from the left menu.

First, select the date range you'd like to generate this report through. Below is a sample of what the report may look like:

You may customize your report by choosing which columns are shown and where by selecting the Configuration Icon in the top right. A quick tutorial is shown; for more help see Customizing Reports:

Finally, the chart below provides descriptions of the possible columns:

Column	Description
Asset ID & Name	ID and name of the asset you are viewing the costs for.
Status	Asset status/availability. For more help, see Asset Availability.
WO Material Count & Cost	Total numbers of work orders the asset was involved in and total cost of those work orders.
EQ Material Count & Cost	Amount of Material Issued and Cost
Time Cards Count	Number of Time Cards
Total Labor Hours & Cost	Total numbers of hours done on the asset and total cost of those hours.
Other Count & Cost	Any other transactions the asset was involved in and their total costs.
Total Cost	Total cost of all of these transactions for the asset.
