Parts List

This report provides a list of all of your site's Active Stock Parts and can be found under the Inventory Reports category from the left menu.


Below is a sample of what the report may look like:



You may customize your report by choosing which columns are shown and where by selecting the Configuration Icon in the top right. A quick tutorial is shown; for more help see Customizing Reports:



The chart below provides descriptions of the possible columns:


ColumnDescription
Part IDThe ID Code for the part. See Data Validation Rules for Part IDs for more help as to what characters are allowed.
DescriptionAny description for the part.
Stock TypeType of stock part this is generally a bearing would have a stock type of BRG
Unit Unit of Measure for the Part
LocationWhere the part is located.
Max / Min QtyMax and min quantity you would like to have in inventory.
On HandCurrent on hand quantity.
Avg CostAverage Cost of the Part
Total CostTotal Cost for the on hand qty of this part (Average Cost * On Hand qty = Total Cost)
AccountAccount that the part is linked to.
ManufacturerManufacturer of the part.
Manufacturer IDManufacturer's ID.
UPC CodeThe barcode for tracking for the part.
CriticalWhether the part is critical to your organization. 
Auto PurchasingWhether auto purchasing, SOMAX's automatic purchasing system based on max & mins, is turned on.
Create Date & ByDate the Part was created and by whom
Last Issue DateDate the part was last issued to an asset/work order.
Last Purchase PriceCost of the most recent purchase of the part.
Last Purchase DateDate of the most recent purchase of the part.
SKU CountThis is a counter so the report can display the total number of individual active parts
