This report provides a list of all of your preventive maintenance jobs and can be found under the preventive maintenance reports category from the left menu.
Below is a sample of what the report may look like. You may use the toggle arrows to view the job's schedule(s):
The chart below also provides descriptions of the possible columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| PM Master ID | The ID of the master job. |
| Description | The description of the master job. |
| Duration | Expected duration of the maintenance. |
| Schedule Type | Type of schedule the master job runs off, or its "trigger" (calendar, meter, on demand) |
| Inactive | Whether the job is still active or not. |
