This report provides a list of Work Orders that were generated from Preventive Maintenance Jobs Grouped by your Site's Asset Group 2 setting. The report includes Count of PM Work Orders, Completed Work Orders, Scheduled Work Orders, Canceled Work Orders, Approved Work Orders and the Percentage of the Total Count that were Completed.
First, select the date range you'd like to generate the report through. A sample report is shown below of what your report may look like:
Note: This report is based on the Work Order Scheduled Date
The chart below provides descriptions of the columns:

| Count of PM Work Orders | Total Count of Work Orders generated by the Preventive Maintenance System for the Scheduled Date Range |
| Completed Work Orders | Count of Work Orders generated by the Preventive Maintenance System for the Scheduled Date Range in a Status of Complete |
| Schedule Work Orders | Count of Work Orders generated by the Preventive Maintenance System for the Scheduled Date Range in a Status of Scheduled |
| Canceled Work Orders | Count of Work Orders generated by the Preventive Maintenance System for the Scheduled Date Range in a Status of Canceled |
| Approved Work Orders | Count of Work Orders generated by the Preventive Maintenance System for the Scheduled Date Range in a Status of Approved |
| Percent Complete | Percent of The Total Count of PM Work Orders generated by the Preventive Maintenance System for the Scheduled Date Range that are in Completed Status (Completed Work Orders / Count of PM Work Orders |
